With nearly four decades of professional experience, I now find myself starting over again—just like many others considering a new path.
My career has taken me through many different industries and roles. I have worked with the deaf and blind community, partnered with a retired NASA engineer to help develop the first sight bowl for Holley Carburetor, earned President’s Club awards, and ranked nationally in pharmaceutical sales. I have also climbed the ladder of management with a Fortune 200 company, guided sales teams across Middle America, owned a restaurant, and operated a taxi and delivery business for 10 years. Most recently, I worked in the low-voltage industry, helping businesses navigate the fast-changing world of technology.
I have learned a lot of lessons, and maybe more importantly, I have made a lot of mistakes.
Through every chapter of my career, one thing has remained steadfast: my desire to help others. Now, at this stage of my life and career, I want to use my experience to help others discover their own path forward.
If you are considering a career change, facing uncertainty, or wondering what comes next, career coaching may help you see new possibilities. As a coach, I am here to help you think outside the box, identify your strengths, and take practical steps toward your next chapter.
At 57, I saw the writing on the wall. I had not saved enough for retirement, and I began asking difficult questions: How will I maintain my lifestyle? How will I keep my home? Those questions pushed me to think differently—and they are part of why I understand how important it is to plan, adapt, and move forward with purpose.
I look forward to learning more about you and exploring how I can add value to your journey.
